Our Process for Homeowners

01. Inquiry

Give us a call or submit a project inquiry form. Our Operations Manager will answer general questions about products and services, gather preliminary information about your project and schedule your discovery call.

02. Discovery Call

During this call, our Window Treatment Specialist will discuss your project needs, provide ideas and guidance, review our process, discuss budget and determine the scope of work needed for your project..

03. design consultation

The design consultation includes a site visit with the client and all stakeholders in attendance. We’ll take photos and detailed measurements, make product selections, review options and finalize the design plan. Fees are based on project scope.

04. ESTIMATE & APPROVAL

After the design consultation, we’ll provide a detailed estimate containing all product selections, targeted timeline, and costs. Once the estimate and scope of work are approved, we collect payment for labor and materials.

05. ORDERS & FABRICATION

Orders are placed for all project materials: fabrics, trims, hardware, and hard treatments. Soft goods will be fabricated, and we will keep you appraised of project progress.

06. Installation

Once your custom soft goods are fabricated and all hard goods and hardware have arrived, we will schedule your installation for a date and time that is convenient for you. Project balance is do prior to or at time of installation.

07. Enjoy & Refer

Now comes the fun part - enjoying your beautifully updated home! We love our clients, and we love when they recommend us to their friends and share their experience on Google.
